registered in Western Australia, Australia. We are committed to protecting your personal

Privacy Principles (APPs).
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the following information:
- Name, email address, phone number, age, sex, and location (postcode or state)
- Roster and work schedule information
- Financial information you enter (savings, debts, assets) — stored locally and in our
secure database
- Mood, sleep, energy and stress check-in data
- Photos uploaded to your Vision Board
- Step count data read from Apple HealthKit (stored on-device only, never uploaded)
- Device information and app usage analytics
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve the FIFO Buddy app and its features
- Personalise your experience
- Send you relevant notifications
- Process subscription payments via RevenueCat
- Analyse app usage via PostHog analytics (anonymised)
- Comply with legal obligations
4. HEALTH DATA
Step count and related health data is read from Apple HealthKit on your device only.
This data is never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties.
5. THIRD PARTY SERVICES
We use the following third party services:
- Supabase (database and storage) — supabase.com
- RevenueCat (subscription management) — revenuecat.com
- PostHog (analytics) — posthog.com
- Apple HealthKit (step data, on-device only)

6. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. We implement row-level security,
encryption, and regular backups. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
7. DATA RETENTION
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of
your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
8. YOUR RIGHTS
Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC)
9. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
Our app uses PostHog to collect anonymised usage analytics including screen views and
feature interactions. No personally identifiable health data is included in analytics.
10. CHILDREN
FIFO Buddy is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect
information from minors.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant
changes via the app or email.
